Architect of the Capital (AOC) The CFP Group’s Engineering Division was awarded a five (5) year extension to exclusively provide third party fire protection system acceptance and commissioning services for any and all of the facilities within the AOC. Projects will include the CVC, Hart and Library of Congress buildings. |

U.S Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) HQ The CFP Group’s Engineering Division was awarded the fire protection and life safety engineer of record contract for the design/build of the new U.S Army Test and Evaluation Command HQ located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. |

Architect of the Capital (AOC) Additional Misc. Tasks - The Engineering Division has successfully concluded the fire alarm testing of the new Capital Visitor Center (CVC) and as a result, was awarded a NEW multi-year contract. The new contract will consist of performing additional testing, inspections and surveys for multiple buildings that include the Library of Congress, Supreme Court, etc. |

Aircraft Research Support Facility (ARSF) at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Maryland The CFP Group’s Engineering Division was recently awarded an engineering design services contract for the new ARSF facility upgrade. This project will allocate 266 Navy and Air Force personnel into a new office facilities at the NAS Patuxent River, MD. The project will include the construction of new office and parking facilities throughout the base. Mr. Pedro Rodrigues, a degreed fire protection engineer will serve as the project manager. |

GSA Tuttle Annex Modernization in Atlanta, Georgia The CFP Group’s Engineering Division was awarded an engineering services contract to provide life safety consulting for the modernization of the Tuttle Annex federal courthouse site. CFP has teamed up with FLS Solutions of Atlanta, Georgia for this project. |
