The Maintenance Division is in charge of system maintenance, inspection and repair. Our division consists of NICET certified fire alarm and suppression technicians with years of experience in system maintenance, inspection and testing.

U.S Navy Facilities Command - Midatlantic: Fire Protection Upgrade of Hangar 200 at the Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach, VA The CFP Group’s Maintenance Division was awarded the design/build AFFF and fire alarm system upgrade of Hangar 200 at NAS Oceana. The project consists of upgrading the fire alarm devices, multiple control panels and repair/upgrade of the AFFF fire suppression system. |

U.S Air Force - Andrews Air Force Base: Base-Wide Fire Alarm System Inspection, Testing and Maintenance in Andrews AFB, MD The CFP Group’s Maintenance Division was awarded the fire alarm system testing, inspection and maintenance contract at Andrews AFB in Maryland. The project will consist of servicing nearly 300 buildings and aircraft hangars throughout the base. Gene Piersing, a NICET Level IV, will serve as the Project Manager. |

U.S Navy Facilities Command: Fire Protection System Maintenance, Inspection, Testing and Repair of Multiple Sites throughout Norfolk, VA The CFP Group’s Maintenance Division was awarded a multi-year fire protection system maintenance, inspection, testing and repair project at 7 U.S Navy facilities throughout the Norfolk, VA area. Our team will be performing maintenance, testing and emergency repairs/service calls on over 250 fire alarm, sprinkler and special hazard systems. |

Dyess AFB, TX This project consists of providing a base-wide Fire Alarm and sprinkler preventive maintenance, testing, repairs and inspection services. This award is a 5 year contract. Chad Stein, a NICET Level IV, will serve as the Project Manager in Abilene, Texas. |
